In the event of a cancellation prior to 1 January, any delegate fees paid are refundable. From 1 January forward, delegate fees are non-refundable. In the case of this conference, there are no delegate fees.

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, schools will be refunded any delegate fees paid. All other expenses such as travel, accommodation and transport are a matter for the schools themselves. Schools are therefore encouraged to discuss and organise insurance cover with their agents for all other expenses connected with the trip.     

Applications from schools which have previously been accepted may also be withdrawn prior to payment of the delegate fees. Therefore, schools are advised not to pay any other expenses (e.g. flights, accommodation) prior to paying the delegate fees and receiving confirmation that payment has been received and that the booking for the conference is fully confirmed.
